  1. Chelsea

Chelsea are preparing an offer worth £85m for Brighton’s Ecuador midfielder Moises Caicedo.

Chelsea have opened talks with the representatives of Argentina forward Paulo Dybala over a move from Roma. The Blues are also interested in Southampton’s Belgian midfielder Romeo Lavia. Manchester United’s new signing Mason Mount rejected a £200k-a-week offer by Chelsea to try and keep the England midfielder at Stamford Bridge in February. Inter Miami have focused on trying to make the former Chelsea and Real Madrid player Eden Hazard their latest big-name signing, with the former Belgium forward a free agent after leaving Real Madrid.

  • Arsenal

Arsenal have agreed a £38.5m deal with Ajax for Netherlands defender Jurrien Timber.

The Gunners are to take their summer spending to about £200m after agreeing deals for Timber and West Ham’s England midfielder Declan Rice. Arsenal have confirmed that Ethan Nwaneri is staying with the club, despite attempts from Chelsea to poach the English midfielder and interest from Manchester City and Manchester United. Although Nwaneri has signed a new scholarship deal, Arsenal are set to face a fight to keep him next March, when he turns and can sign his first professional contract.

  • Tottenham

Tottenham has made England forward Harry Kane, an offer to remain with the club that would hugely improve his current £200,000-a-week salary. Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel has met with Kane to discuss a potential move, which has angered Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.

  • AC Milan

AC Milan and Chelsea are getting closer to Pulisic deal, Pulisic already agree to personal terms with Milan, and both clubs are now close to agreeing on the fee, €22m second bid was submitted, and talks progressing to the final stages. Milan monitoring Nigeria and Villareal winger Samuel Chukwueze’s deal.

  • Liverpool

Liverpool remain interested in English defender Levi Colwill, who Chelsea want to keep. The Reds’ centre-back targets also include Sporting Lisbon’s Portugal defender Goncalo Inacio, and Wolfsburg’s Netherlands defender Micky van de Ven.

  • Manchester United

Inter Milan has rejected a £39m bid by United for Cameroon goalkeeper Andre Onana but talks continue.

  • Newcastle  

Newcastle are leading the race for Leicester City’s England midfielder Harvey Barnes while Aston Villa, Tottenham, and West Ham are also interested.
